Just for the stickers of my junk journal.

Junk journal sb stickers Starbucks stickers

I got stickers from SB for my junk journal. Haha, it feels like winning the lottery to me. Even though we can just cut and paste, having stickers is way more exciting for us junk journalers, scrapbookers, crafters—or whatever you like to call us.

I even bought merchandise from an animal shelter because they were giving away freebies. At first, I thought each item would come with multiple stickers, but it turned out to be just one sticker per item. I felt a bit sad about how we communicated my request since I was only speaking in simple Tagalog, but at least I was able to help by buying something.

I actually suggested buying stickers instead of merchandise because we already have a lot of tumblers, tote bags, and shirts—and I don’t even wear caps. For ₱500 per item, I was hoping to get a complete set of sticker designs instead with a merch. I thought it would be a win-win situation for both of us since producing one item costs less.

In the end, we didn’t fully understand each other, but I still bought one item and got one sticker, as expected.

After two days, I received my package via Flash Express—literally as fast as “flash.” It came from Laguna to the north. The rider was already parked not far from my house when he called me, so I hurried outside because I was excited.

He handed me a small parcel, and I noticed that my address was incomplete. The street name wasn’t included—only the corner street and the barangay name. That’s when I realized the rider had been trying to reach me because he didn’t know which gate to go to.

Thankfully, I had included the corner street and that street is a short road. I also realized why the handler of that page didn't understand me in the first place.

Still, no judgment—no anger or frustration. After all, it was just stickers, and I completely understand.

It also helped that our house is on a corner lot. The main street is long road, but there were no major issues since I included my contact information.

To sum it all up, for future transactions and to help reduce expenses, I hope the person assigned at that time can make decisions or consult their supervisor when needed. It’s fine—it’s okay—but it would be more beneficial for both sides.

Maybe there’s a reason why I ended up choosing this shirt and design. My first choice was the colored dog image with the “wet nose” sign, just like Molly, our German Shepherd. But in the end, I’m even more satisfied with the plain design because it promotes “Adopt, Rescue, and Foster.”

My ₱500 was more than enough. I’ve been donating small amounts over time, though I hadn’t donated to them for a while. Those small contributions to different shelters have probably added up to thousands already. So for ₱500, it felt good to finally buy merchandise—especially knowing it came with a sticker freebie too.

Let’s remember that we, as humans—Homo sapiens, the so-called thinking species—are responsible for maintaining ecological balance. Through the developments we pursue, we often end up harming nature. In many ways, we’ve become like parasites, damaging the very Earth that sustains us. We are not special beings above everything else, because everything has its role. Without other living things, we wouldn’t have evolved into what we are today.

BTW, their shirt is so comfy and stretchable. It's a high quality standard material. You'll never regret donating. 👍🤩

Junk journal

And now look, I’ll tell you a divine story. Upon checking the comments of people who received their parcels too, I saw a short message from God’s Sanctuary for Stray Animals. I said to myself that why I didn’t receive any of it? Then my brother missed two attempts on preparing the trash for non-biodegradable so, I have decided to why not take the parcel sticker? Like every junk journaler were keeping their packaging even its plastic or total junk. I knew that tomorrow is gonna be the non-bio, so I have a chance to find it inside the bag. Gladly — it wasn’t deep enough to turned out to be dirty, soak and smelly. So the paper sticker was saved, but the very moment — I was so shocked that I have paper message from them as well. I was like OH MY GOD!!! I have a spirit guides who love me. The universe was so aligned to me for this current new hobby that I’m obssessing right now. It’s was like a total WTF and THANK-YOU-GOD-SO-MUCH moment of my life. I was really having a great dilemma on how to use the freebie sticker. Because I want it to be seen to support animal welfare and at the same time I want to stick it on my journal. But receiving with paper message is so blessed for us junk journalers. I can just use the package or sticker but knowing there’s more to paste, thank you Universe for loving me. Join the support! Their materials are in excellent quality.

Doing right by my dog.

German Shepherd water retention.

<Sigh> How many times have I written about them, and how many times have I turned it down. I know—not every ugly thing that happened to you must be published. Could it be part of my experience, as what journalling is all about? But must it be private? Or is it just the typical me who loves to share happenings in my life? But for now, I need some advice. The blame was on me. They were all pointing at me. Here’s the story:

A five-time unpleasant thing happened to me that I was to be blamed for. I was the submissive. Anything for the dogs—I was so down for it. Am I that naive or embarrassed that I shouldn’t own a dog in the first place if money was the problem? Yes, you heard it right. Most of our complaints and issues were about money after all.

Molly the German shepherd

At the first incident, Molly, the German Shepherd, was having water retention. My father, who was the original owner of our GSD, summoned me to take Molly to a vet. I’ll make a brief summary of every incident; I don’t want to make it long and dramatic.

Inside, the vet was convenient—no queue and air-conditioned. We were assisted fast and nicely. Okay, now listen. I am not against any doctors, but we were unfortunate with this one.

The attending doctor was consulting a senior doctor in their clinic. That doctor on the phone was Molly’s original doctor, PVC (Primary Care Vet), who attended her before. I know nobody’s perfect, especially when they’re in practice—probably a fresh graduate or recently licensed.

The doctor couldn’t determine what made her bloated. Could it be blood? Urine? Food? Or just water? The doctor failed to grab a sample from the paracentesis process. So I was so stupid and didn’t know how to talk well (bad side of awkward-weird-introverted me).

The doctor successfully convinced me to get an X-ray. The doctor analyzed that it was all water and then billed me for 4k or 3k, I guess. (I do not want to upload any pictures, even the receipts, for documentation or proof to avoid defamation. I just want to tell a story.)

I didn’t have enough money for such a hefty amount. I called my father, and he scolded me and frustrated with the entire situation. He withdrew money from a nearby ATM and asked for a discount because he was the owner and a senior. He successfully convinced them, and the doctor overrode the receipt. We were like, “They can price the process?” I don’t know, readers—please do tell me.

After a few weeks, it was quite upsetting to know that it really was just water because Molly’s PCV doctor did the paracentesis successfully. Just for an X-ray, we had reached that painful amount without yet her medication.

For Molly’s next visit, it was still pricey; it reached 4k due to medicines and a CBC that indicated high SGPT (liver). My father asked for a discount again, but it wasn’t granted this time because the long and fatiguing process of paracentesis was already free of charge. I don’t know with them; they used a small injection to suck the water out.

The second incident was at the same visit as the third. I happily messaged them about returning a box of Doxycycline. They had excessively given it out based on how many times Molly should take it.

Together with the third incident, both Molly and Mickey were there for the anti-rabies vaccine. Molly is turning one in a few months, but she wasn’t vaccinated for the first time. Mickey was for his booster. We were there for free—a gift for Christmas.

Her PCV doctor suggested on our attending doctor for taking the 8-in-1 shot, which could prevent Molly from leptospirosis, especially since we live in Metro Manila. So I said yes again and was convinced it was actually good, knowing GSD dogs are mouthful—they will put anything into their mouths. After that, we were asked to go back the next week for her anti-rabies shot.

Wait for the third incident—when we went home, just wait.

While in the waiting room, the doctor computed the amount of medicine we got a few months ago against what was written on an old receipt—they wronged me. Instead of being a good Samaritan for returning excessive medication, the tables were turned against me for having a debt with them. AKO PA ANG NAGKA-UTANG, T*NGIN*. XD

I was there for a free anti-rabies vaccine, and now I paid for the 8-in-1 vaccine and paid the debt they suddenly came up with.

How was the calculation? The prescription was for 60 tablets. The computation should have been ₱25 per tablet, but the doctor misread the box as 10 tablets per box, so I thought of having 3 boxes for first 30 tablets, but were 90 tablets in total. Now, I've completed this prescription of 60 tablets for 2 boxes (so no need to buy more) and suprised to a one box left as unused. Instead of receiving money back, it turned out to be so expensive per tablet.

Our first receipt written for 3 boxes was ₱750 (₱25X30=₱750), which they gave me initially. Now, when I returned one box, it turns out 60 tablets for 2 boxes that cost ₱1,500. You see, I was short ₱750 months ago. What if I hadn’t brought my wallet for the sudden debt and the additional 8-in-1 vaccine? From my perspective, it’s not my fault, and I had the right not to pay it because it was already written and signed by them. I agree with my father. This bill reached to almost ₱6K.

And now, when we went home, here’s the BLAMEEEE. I was wrong again. They insulted me for being manipulated, naive, stupid, weak... "mahina". Okay!?

The third incident was the vaccine. Yes, the explanation here is that they are doctors—they should’ve known that a rabies vaccine is more pivotal as a priority than any other vaccine. The logic here is: what if Molly suddenly encountered a rabid creature—probably a cat—which can jump from wall to wall or from our gate and on the way home? It can’t wait another seven days for her shot. She could possibly die.

My father said, “Para lang may benta ngayon.” He even fumed badly when he found out about the Doxycycline incident. He insisted that they should not have made me pay for the lacking amount the doctor demanded.

You know why? IT WAS ON A RECEIPT FROM A FEW MONTHS AGO. Then I suddenly realized he was right. It’s not my fault that the doctor made a mistake in giving out the medication and on our receipt. It was already written. It was filed in the monthly reports. It had doctor's signature before it was handed over to me—a certified document, true and irreversible. (Sigh.) All of my opinions will be in the last paragraphs.

Molly the German shepherd

For the fourth and fifth time, hoping that it would be the last, I was planning to take Molly to a vet due to her diarrhea—her tummy issue again. I came first and talked to the attendant who assists dogs while the doctors do their work. I told him that we would be there later when there was no queue. He agreed with me and said, it would be less inconvenient for us.

So around 11 or 12 a.m., my brother took Molly out and went back so quickly with frustration. He told me that there was an additional 600 pesos emergency-time fee—and it was their graveyard shift. He also told me that they were given an exact price without even initiating the consultation. He fumed out his frustration.

So I tried to get some sleep, and I even ignored everything—ignoring him, even Molly’s concerning behavior. I was told by the price and suddenly convinced by my father and myself to go out and bring her. Same situation: I was given a price—600 for emergency time, 1,500 for CBC, and 1,000 for GIA.

I surrendered to the price, but I told the doctor, “Wala pa tayong magagawa diyan?” I was referring to her CBC results. I wasn’t clearly sure what I said before, but the doctor said there was. I almost agreed to the GIA, which would cost an additional 1k for nothing, and thank God he didn’t insist on having this test done for Molly.

Thank God there is available internet nowadays—you know why? GIA-positive is viral, and if Molly has it, Mickey could have it as well. Researched by my brother.

While waiting for the medicines and the receipt, her doctor came down after surgery. It suspected other diseases aside from her history of having high SGPT. Molly was showing signs of pacing—she was swaying left and right. Her doctor added new medication, like a heart supplement, to our bill. The doctor said she might have heart problems if the liver results were good for now. Molly had been pooping water for a week and I thought of it as a good sign because her water retention reduced so perfectly.

And now, I paid everything with small amounts of medication so that we wouldn’t run out of funds.

Molly the gsd

Okay, now here’s our frustration. Ugh!

If you’re going to ask me truthfully, I don’t care about every expense that was made—except for that fucking Doxycycline. I just realized that it was so wrong to oblige me to their fault, their mismanagement. It was already signed, and that was already the receipt. It wasn’t my fault if the doctor failed to calculate everything on that paper. I was so frustrated at myself that I didn’t realize this instantly. I could have defended myself against it. All I hear was insults at home.

Take note that it wasn’t the cashier doing the receipts—it was the doctors. After writing everything on paper, we were told to pay at the cashier, then handed the receipt over the counter. I told you, they were the ones pricing and adjusting their services and products.

For the first incident, okay—probably it was their first time or their first year in practice—but it wasn’t fair either. Not just because we are the owners, we should really expect responsibility for what we planned like adopting. Most abandoned pets are neglected due to vet pricing. You guys were totally expensive, and I feel sorry for poor souls who were just given up by their owners.

I know you deserve good pay from your respected careers, but in this very situation, we were unfortunate to be scheduled with you. I feel sad for less fortunate families who want to rescue strays or save their pets. It’s just so timely unfair. We’re on tight budget too.

For the third incident, I already said earlier that I don’t know—readers, please educate me on this. Was my father right in making the anti-rabies vaccine a priority over any other vaccine? Because I think he was. His friend kept asking if Molly was given a shot already, but it was always delayed due to her continuous medication.

I think I agree that the anti-rabies vaccine should be the first thing before the 8-in-1, because you see, this wasn’t about money at all. The other vaccines are essential too and could save us thousands of pesos and multiple medications that could harm her internal organs from too much medicine. I’m down with that. It’s even my expense, and not my father’s. So, if it weren’t for me, Molly wouldn’t have been given the 8-in-1 shot til now. I don’t know why they didn’t like it.

For the fourth incident, they could have helped their customers a little bit by reminding us of things beforehand. If it weren’t for the queue, I could have brought Molly quickly just to avoid the 600-peso emergency fee. They didn’t tell me.

And lastly for the fifth incident, I’m sorry, doctor—you just suspected her with heart disease. From my perspective, I would prefer a proper diagnosis before additional treatments. It seemed to me that more tests should have been done before giving extra medication. Even the CBC didn’t indicate the need for your additional medication for her. My brother refused to let me complete her heart supplement dosage. Well since I believed on them, I bought some for few days and yes, I only went back to complete her antibiotics.

Molly the German shepherd

Here’s my final opinion. Readers, I am just a simple person like you who doesn’t have any medical background. This is purely our side and opinions, so please no hate—we’re all willing to be corrected. I own the mistake; it was totally on me—the debt, the additional vaccine—and I wasn’t even earning anything at all.

This poor GSD happened to be hated by everyone because they were shocked about how to raise a high-energy dog for the first time. I took her as my own, like I was the owner on paper. I bathe her, I clean her ears, I feed her, I cure her wounds, we sometimes walk and I —ONLY THE ONE, who buy treats and toys for them. Our dogs, our lovable pets, and any other animals we care for—they don’t complain about their feelings to us unless it’s severe. We only see symptoms, so whatever the doctor says, of course, they’re knowledgeable in their chosen career. They’re licensed to do so; I really believed in them. I followed their advice.

But there were instances when your own intuition or senses could detect anomalies from your experience and situation. These doctors don’t rely on what they don’t know. Like us, we rely on CBC results or other tests before making judgments about what’s going on. We even realized our own sickness and our own way of healing. For Molly’s case, I finally figured out what was causing her water retention and high SGPT. It was her poor behavior and eating habits.

I noticed rice-shaped pieces in her poop. Without my cousin’s expertise—he is also a doctor—we wouldn’t have known all of this, (It was like great awakening). It’s a typical GSD behavior to eat excessively and play with their mouths. I know she had eaten insects before, which caused the white, rice-shaped worms—flatworms.

The bloating caused her high SGPT (liver). That was probably inflammation from being bloated or from the worms inside. And now, since the day we figured it out, we never went back for the same issue, and she never had diarrhea or water retention anymore.

To sum it all up, I just don’t like the way they could have helped us more instead of drilling us down, because these types of clinics are truly expensive.

Molly the dog
Heading to a new vet clinic for her
epileptic seizure as for second opinion.
Decided by my father.
Her repeatitive diarrhea had ended for a long time
before we went here.

We changed to another vet clinic with someone more senior in his career. He told us, “Mahina nga apat na libo diyan,” and “Yung iba uuwi na walang gamot kasi test pa lang, ubos na.” His clinic is like a simple home—no air-conditioning unit and not really looking like a clinic at all. He didn’t summon us for a CBC before giving prescriptions. His consultation fee is only 300 pesos. His Doxycycline tablets were 10 pesos each, while the some clinic charged 25 pesos each.

The best thing that our previous vet have is free consultation; no wonder it’s a bit expensive. The doctors, staffs, rent, and etc. I am not totally against them—just please, can you help us a little bit? Would that be too demanding to ask for?

Veterinarians are really expensive because they are few and private. It’s still a profitable business, and if it’s not owned by a doctor, hiring is a challenging one.

Once again, I wasn’t planning to write this and had already turned down one dramatic Facebook post about them. If it weren’t for the blame and insults at home, I wouldn’t feel bad at all. It’s for Molly, and I want to take care of her, so I hastily decided without the consent of the true owner and payor—my father. Well, the next time they will have violent reactions on our next appointment, I'm done. "Sila naman next time ng may experience sila mag-analyze."

Writing this won’t change anything, but maybe it’s a call for the government to finally establish at least one public veterinary hospital. A voice for the voiceless who are under the care of animal shelters operated through donations. And a little help for irresponsible fur parents who refuse to take pets in, even a bit.

From my business and investment career, what I learned for every loss in a way was always a "Charge to Experience."

A call for everyone—please, let’s help one another.

*Honestly, I want to write something and I want to keep on writing. This made me do it. Totally have given up on this but I just want to write. Don't want any harm but was totally a heck of an experience. We still went back to our old vet when Molly started new illness, an epileptic seizure. I realized that their lab test has a different company name. Could that be an additional expense?

Dear doctors, — still, thanks for your service.

If you see this story as potentially defamatory, I’d like to say it’s meant as feedback from a client’s perspective. I am not weak nor even naive so, don't blame me.

CMF by NOTHING. Lazada Phone order.

Have you ever tried risking your money on a new brand—especially one with a bizarre name for a gadget in modern times? The brand is NOTHING. Yes, that’s the actual brand name. We bought its sub-brand, CMF, similar to how Huawei has Honor.

Yep, you heard that right. 😂 It sounds like nothing serious at all.

We bought it on Lazada for ₱12,000, while mall shops sell it for ₱18,000. How fascinating is that?

We’ve been buying appliances from Lazada, and everything has gone well—no complaints, no issues and "all" is paid via COD. We’ve purchased an air fryer, a coffee maker, a 2k cheapest Samsung and even a tablet. I’ve already made video reviews for two of them, and I also have a separate written review for the tablet.

So it wasn’t mine—it belonged to my brother. I only used it to test it out, and I had already been researching it before finalizing the purchase. So far, everything has been great. The camera quality is excellent.

And here are the Lazada standardized comments about its performance:

Expandable storage up to 2TB. (lets you insert a memory card (usually a microSD) to add extra space.)

✔️Keeps your phone running faster by not filling up internal memory.

DUAL SIM with 5G Gigabit support. (Can connect to high-speed 5G networks.)

✔️Better network flexibility.

✔️Faster browsing, streaming, and downloads.

5000 mAh battery for long usage. (5000 milliamp-hours (mAh) means the phone can last a long time on a single charge.

✔️ All-day battery life even with heavy use

✔️ Longer standby time

✔️ Less frequent charging

Minimalistic OS:

✔️ Clean design

✔️ Simple menus and layouts

✔️ No confusing extras

✔️ Easier to use for daily tasks

A minimalistic OS focuses on usefulness and speed, not clutter.

No Bloatware:

(Bloatware means pre-installed apps that you don’t want and can’t remove.)

No bloatware means:

✔️ Fewer unnecessary apps

✔️ More storage saved

✔️ Faster performance

✔️ More control over what apps you keep

Clear camera fluid display.

Clear display — sharp, bright screen with good colors.

50MP for Telephoto (Detailed when zooming.)

16MP for Front cam

✔️ Sharp, clear selfies.

✔️ High enough resolution for background blur (portrait selfies)

And 8MP Ultra-wide cam:

✔️ Wider angles mean you can fit more into the frame

✔️ Great for scenic shots or architecture

✔️ Slightly lower MP but useful for context and space

CMF by Nothing is the accessible, colorful sub-brand, focusing on core design and value, while Nothing is the premium parent brand, known for innovative transparent designs and higher specs. By Ai Google.

Cmf by nothing
New price as of now.

C1 Technology is from overseas, China. Trusted anyway, clicked and ordered. As same as the tablet we bought recently but in a different shop.

My emergency phone, a Redmi, was bought for ₱13,000 at a mall. We later realized that there was an additional ₱3,000 markup for the so-called down payment, even though the SRP is only around ₱10,000.

Due to extreme stress at the time, I went ahead and bought it anyway—and regretted it later. Huh. How stupid.

Better be vigilant in any upcoming promo dates, because even Apple can be discounted at 90%.

CMF by NOTHING. Lazada Phone order.

So yeah, getting ₱18k-level specs for only ₱12k?  The Nothing CMF Phone 2 Pro is a sure win.

Gambling advice

Gambling advice

Gambling. Plain and simple, but how do you use the term gambling in your life?

There are things to consider when you're about to gamble something. It can be used in good situations like for fun or for investment. But when it comes to lifestyle, how does gambling can affect your life?

The first thing to consider is your gambling your "OWN MONEY". How pathetic of you if we are to include someone else's. Anyway, that isn't gambling, it's stealing. 😉

Entertainment plays such as Casinos, Bingos, Peryehan, or even this intraining-Kiddie-future-sugarols Amusement is part of the Economy, but inevitable temptation that can hurt you. You can't simply avoid having fun, enjoying a little while and probably, aiming for great luck to win big. In my discipline, these are my views in budgeting our money.

Always make up your mind on how much you'll be spending especially in Casinos. If you lose, it's fine, just enjoy the party, have free unlimited drinks, and feel like you just spend your weekend night out in a bar. You'll probably won't be spending thousands, right?!

For family or amusement games, you're totally spending your money just to have fun and to play a game. Do not expect your tickets will be as same value as your money being spent. You'll get hurt once you start computing. But here in Timezone, prizes are way too expensive for Divisoria valued items. We can convert it into Meal vouchers and have it outside instead. We had fun, made memories, enhanced our critical strategic abilities (gamers know) and were delighted with dinner.

And please the crucial part. Stop when you're getting frustrated. The more you're losing, the more you're being challenged into winning. It will drain "your hard earned money" (not someone's like parents, sugar daddys or investors.🤣) Remember, energy attracts same energy you already exert.

So Play well. Have fun. Enjoy life. Win more by being wise in handling your finances. 😉

Money wise, financial education, tipid tips, glucerna, dialysis, diabetes, sugar level, low blood sugar

While planning for business, ...? I was thinking of today's problem. Well congratulations to all doctors, because soon the dialysis center will triple and thriving. What a booming business since and then.

In my opinion, kids having type 2 diabetes because of their older generation. Yes!!! We blame the bad legacy that brought us. Genetics has a significant role for contributing to their kid's lifestyle. In addition to this, their lifestyle has been taught by their parents. On how they live during the fast foods and processed foods being normed has doubled the misery for their kids. Habits and Genetics. These have become common for youngsters.THEIR JUST KIDS! Like 2 or 4 years old? Imagine this disease only exists when you have a poor lifestyle and it's happening in their early life.

So, cheers to all frappé, shake and milk tea fanatics. Your insurance and your money will never give you a new organ to live like a normal life, But you give prosperity to all who will benefit from your stubbornness. Even sugar gives an aging look. Like seriously, I am young and health conscious and was drinking Anlene Gold and this just to get vitamins and minerals knowing it's still manufactured, it is designed to help me. 😆 I love the taste. 🥂

Lemon Cucumber Water (Detox)

Lemon Cucumber Water (Detox)

No retoke, no problem. No need to scam my money because, I am naturally blessed. 🧿🪬😘

Lemon water with cucumber is the only best detoxifying drink that you can get from anywhere. Since it's naturally made from our planet, it's so cheap. Some manufacturers charge their flagship products by 950% of the factory price. Like getting a pack of coffee from a factory is equivalent to 10 pesos per sachet. Obviously, manufacturers have to charge for operational expenses. But, some are overcharged and not economical for anyone who is on a budget and wants to be healthier.

No problem with that because, lemon water is a negative calorie drink that helps breakdown the fats. It has an alkaline effect for detoxification. Rich in Vitamin C, not even synthetic. Gives more radiant glow throughout your skin just like mine. And many more.

Sometimes being on a budget friendly mode saves you from deceiving marketing for which you don't know how it's truly made.

Dress to impress. A budgeted healthy lifestyle.

Dress to Impress. A budgeted healthy lifestyle.

Behold a 10 year old dress for with my graduation dress on Class of 2014 and with a 9 year old gift bag. Money spent wisely, the leather didn't pop up still. Fitted right!

Haha! "Look at Carmina". She's wearing "that shirt again." Really like why would I buy new trendy clothes just to feed your ego? Ako gagastos? Ako mamroblema? Ako mag-aadjjust? Ako pa naging masama kasi nag-judge ka. Order in the court! 😆

Indeed, another money wise post. You see some of my dresses are extremely cheap and others quite a price. But with this dress, it only cost 900 pesos for 2 quality and lovely fitting that shape my entire natural body. Yes, it's not fake just to pretend to be sophisticated... I am a person who values her stuff so much that I wouldn't throw it away when it's still totally usable. Means, (makakailang tahi or repair pa at maging pambahay bago tuluyang itapon.) And even so obsessed when I really fell in love. I love to wear it from time to time especially, when not commuting (just to avoid low class mindset criminals just to harass me. Hehe, been a victim of sexual harassment in the streets anyway going back...)

In a healthy saving tip, I maintained my body for this long and even went super slim compared to my chubby chunks when I was a college student. I saved money from dieting by eliminating rice, red meat and sugar. So, eating vegetables is way cheaper. By reducing added sugar on every drink I buy like 0% in Milk tea and drinking plain black coffee without table sugar from Sucrose and another sugar of milk, Lactose. (See removed from the grocery list.) I save not just money out of this lifestyle but, for my future health. Eating sugary will raise your insulin level just to balance the glucose in your blood. When it comes down, you'll feel numb and starvation. This is a false knowing of hunger, you'll just lose energy from insulin decline and therefore, you thought of eating again. Worst, eating another carbs? Another sugar? You're poisoning yourself. Consuming red meat and sugar will make you look even older and now you'll spend thousands for cosmetics, aesthetics, plastic surgeries and even pills just because you love eating trash. Whatever you put in your body, is what you will make of. SAY THAT AGAIN!

A lifesaver when I started being health conscious at a very young age. Yes, I am 30 and my body even trimmed way more down.

Most of you like spending and enjoying life like you only live once. Truly but, how are you able to enjoy life when you only live half of your lifespan. I mean the more you age, the more your body starts to decline its energy and power. You are alive but barely living, you only spend the remaining years of your life surviving due to an extreme poor lifestyle. I'm sorry, but for not having a fitted body simply means to me that you're not healthy and irresponsible. Let's be honest. It's more expensive when you pour your money in medicines, doctors, lab tests, hospital bills or maintenance just for you to live. Again, the lab test is so expensive that it can even cost you more without helping you to be healed. There could be numerous lab tests before you fully find out if you're completely fine or not. How much for MRI, Colonoscopy, x-rays, ultrasounds, ANA blood test and others. This is not even yet your medication. The more you feel pain, the more test results needed to see. It's really devastating that your money PLUS someone's savings, someone's emergency funds, someone's insurance or someone's assets will be touched just for you to breathe or to have a second chance. Reflect on what I have said. A money that could give more opportunities to younger generations for them to contribute more to this economy will be given to the old you? Pity. Quite harshly, but this is the ugly truth and we're not talking about insurance yet. We're talking about your discipline that could cost you, or save you. Or be a burden to someone else.

Slim. Firm. Thin. Slender. Skinny. Lean. Is the true sexy. Health is the true beauty. And this is my opinion.

Btw, with my style. The goal is to be rich,

not to look rich. Nobody wants to live a life of pretend. It's revolting. 🤣 Trying hard middle classes.

Lifetime Business Partners

Lifetime Business Partner. Partners in crime.

Lifetime business partners, not PARTNERS IN CRIME. 📝🚓🔒⚖️💰📱💸🎥📺🧑‍⚖️

(Well it's considered an idiomatic expression in another sense of meaning, of a friend or a confidant or a secret lover. From Urban Dictionary.) So, my partners are ethical and not accomplice ah. 🤣

In establishing an empire, it is so crucial to pick at least ONE ally to make your dream come true. Could be a group or a solid duo. Usually, in a secured generational business (if ever you became a tycoon), these people tie up with other wealthy families for business expansion. This is a POWERFUL, unbreakable bound. But—I did not say marry your business partner or do something beyond, below and far deeper from your long time friendship.

In the MLM Industry, we are told that you could find at least one lifetime business partner who has the same mission as you do. Everywhere you go or get into businesses, (not just in this so called relationship business of network marketing), it is so DUMB to build alone. You can't do that! You need friends, partnerships, community or connections: to make a greater contribution in each other's plans, ideas, strategies and learn from the others. It is not always what you know, even if you are already a top sales earner.

Be very vigilant and be EXTRA WISE. People who have skills that you thought you could trust with can always be the Greatest DESTRUCTION of your nurturing career. I've been in companies with so called FRIENDLY COLLEAGUES who can destroy your name, career, reputation, identity and even your PAYING JOB for your FAMILY TO BE FED WITH. This type of people love inventing stories just to harm you if they DID NOT GET WHAT THEY WANT OUT OF YOU!!! If you happen to trigger their ego. ... these are the possible FIRST AID to escape a bad business intervention.

To identify such menace,

• DO NOT SHARE EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU.

• BE CALM, STAY FRIENDLY. (Act civilized in a professional work manner, means do not get too close.)

• When JUST ONE SINGLE LIE is detected, please it's a huge red flag. (ACT LOWER, DO NOT ARGUE and SLOWLY WALK AWAY.)

• NEVER QUESTION or EDUCATE them, just agree to keep you out of the THREAT, but....

• WHEN THERE'S A HEATED ARGUMENT, (because one's egoistic pride has been triggered) GATHER EVIDENCE of your innocence and be very ready. The higher position/sales than you, will always look TRUE to the eyes of the management. This might ruin your reputation for a potential perfect partnership.

• DON'T EVER DARE TO BE FRIENDS WITH THEM AGAIN. Never include them with upcoming events or projects, because your SECRETS and PLANS is their greatest weapon against you.

• FIRST IMPRESSION LAST. This is proven, tested and even efficient. If the transaction or relationship has a tiny bit or at least ONE indecency and immorality, simply ignore them and walk away completely. Based on my experience, they are dangerous like for example: Transactions just to close deals came from courtship or sexual manipulation and an educational argument (one is obstinated.) just to share ideas to each other turned out to be the one of the best example of a WALKING RED FLAG. (A self-proclaimed entrepreneur has been corrected on how english or language literacy cannot be based the level of intelligence. It began throwing insult and lowering people's standard just to exert so much effort on placing their self so high.) When the true colours has been revealed, they are the people will SCAM YOU OUT! These types of trying-hard-business-wanna-bes usually are corrupted and with active legal cases such as VAWC, SLANDER, and different kinds of ESTAFA.

REMEMBER —a true business partner will help you grow in a clean way from the very fresh start.

It's hard to find true lifetime business partners. You'll have to be betrayed too many times before finding the real one. One of the best signs of a genuine personality is someone who has the same intentions, the same healthy mindset, and has true leadership skills. If you're not FAKE, then you attract true people.

*Imagine the same mission on building a better legacy, nothing could ever go wrong. But teaming up with cheaters to gain allies?! ... Do you even have a peace of mind that both you could be silently protecting against each other? What if, its motive is just their primary target, and you become a liability to their ulterior desires? What will happen to you?

BE CAREFUL. SAME ENERGY attracts, SAME FREQUENCY. I'll tell you who your friends are, and I tell you what you are. BIRDS OF THE SAME FEATHER, FLOCKS TOGETHER.

Word of Mouth. A marketing strategy.

Word of Mouth. A marketing strategy.
Jj's Baking on Facebook

a good marketing strategy.

Word of Mouth.

If you have a business, marketing materials is part of a non-stop expenses to keep telling the world what you have to offer. Word of mouth in a country full of MARITES will surely give you the BEST, FASTEST, and FREE advertising you could ever have.

Today's example is baking products. Perfect for PRESENTS, FEAST, POT LUCKS, SOUVENIRS, TOKENS or anything that people would have a chance to taste your creations. Note that some of our products are for gifts — a DOUBLE PURPOSE, serve as presents and a marketing strategy. This is a proven technique that we keep on doing. As a result, people now are asking for our baked goods and even customizing their preferences. Why not?! Customization is even better to present their own efforts without doing, because you put your thoughts into making something for your loved ones.

On the contrary, if you keep on doing dirty business by scamming your clients, investors, customers and employees; do not expect people who know your secrets will ever support your future projects. It's basic psychology. Do you want prosperity, abundance and money works for you? Then you don't worship money just to gain sales or to close a deal — you work for people. Relationship business matters more than ulterior desires. Remember! Business is when you do fair trading. But when you reap people's money, you're not doing business, you're stealing. A journey of a true business dream.

A journey of a true business dream.
Jj's Baking on Facebook page.

A journey of a true business dream.

When you say it's true, someone who started doing business from their resources, without asking for investment, and credible in managing cashflows. Slowly but, surely all upgrades are being afford by valuing the basic and earning from it. That's how you can put up a TRUE START-UP BUSINESS. Take note that this excludes the fake entrepreneurs who made themselves LEGIT by just legalizing their business, manipulating people's treasures and use it.

Our journey started in 2020 when I enrolled in TESDA BAKING for free. Unfortunately, 3 days from that day, the very 1st ECQ lockdown started and we never received a call. So what we did is to start on learning from our resources. Yup, starting a business doesn't really require money or much of an investment. We never asked money from someone except just around us, fam. People would think that this is a "piece of shit business" just to lure Investor's money, and entice them to support for only our own benefits. No, when you're genuine and passionate, challenges are not a hindrance. We are eager to start from scratch. Anything available at hand ignites the excitement of possibility. Scratch could be our hard earned savings, monthly from payrolls, stuffs from the kitchen, cheaper utensils /packaging and even learning hacks to save even more.

Since 2020 up to this year 2024. The homebase business created a vision on putting up a place. From years goes by, it creates trial that turn out to have its very own signature recipes and repeat purchases. All money is not wasted. Every penny pours into our training and learning, adjustment and process. A process is one of the aspects of true business venture. Other so-called entrepreneurs are good at using people's money for their own benefits to their selfish achievements. These poor investors are Angel investors. They give money to their ghost business without learning from their business journey. So, when putting up a business, it's way better to start from the scratch. You might never know if this chosen business is for you or not. You don't need millions to put out an unsure business specially, when the proposal is just a copied idea from others. Others that are already heavily invested from years of experimentation and on & off operations.

At least this kind of set up will save you from a burden of facing a legal battle from ESTAFA (if money lure involves). Imagine paying a loan monthly from a wrong business or even worse, "recent closed business" is a painful liability. It feels like you're throwing away your money from a mistake. Don't get hypnotized on hype. Don't ever throw your money to a dubious business on swindlers. Don't acquire a huge debt with interest on banks just because you'd like to try a new venture. Don't squander your money when you don't need it at all.

START FROM THE SCRATCH!

Know your passion. What are the things you always do? What are the lifestyle you can't avoid? What are that unique or probably strange ways you won't even rest just because you love doing it? What is that ONE THING you love spending to talk about that you can't seem to explain why would you dare invest a time for? What is that same thought you won't even quit? It could be your calling. 🤞😉

Me I love tambayan. That's why I am tambay and unemployed hoping to have a slight chance in businesses. And I'll keep on trying. 😂

These silicone molders are another best collections for new cake design. Clients would be delighted for additional options to customize their treats.

My inside clinic job experience. (A point of view article.)

Illegal aesthetic clinic. Unlicensed medical practitioner. Illegal medical aestheticians.

"Only Belo, a legit and licensed medical practitioner can touches my skin."

My inside clinic job experience.
(A point of view article.)

Health care is what we all need. People invest heavily on medication, especially when they want to be cured an current illness or disease. They even pour it on insurance just to avoid a substantial amount of pain. And this is my realization: it's not just getting inside the salon, but wondering on how things work. Yes, some people call it a clinic, but it's less from that.

"An aesthetician is not a doctor or a medical health professional, so they can't: Administer injectables such as botox or fillers."

 https://www.webmd.com/beauty/what-is-aesthetician

I am not an aesthetician and will never ever be, only if I am a license medical practitioner. Why is that? My mum told and warned me about how I was so proud doing aculift. It's an acupuncture in the face with loads of needles like ancient therapy thing. She told me that if you made a mistake and people get paralyzed on how unprofessional I was doing, I could be in jail. No certificate on performing it, no further knowledge. Even the guide entrusted me on practicing it without him supervising so, I didn't mind that it was so serious. I've done it once because, we're currently on training. Just once. Of course, how would you be able to learn it if you're not gonna do it, right? But here's my shallow realization. I am writing this because, finally it made up my mind that this could end truly worst. I saw one of the students that she is so proud having multiple certificates just to say that she knows what she's doing. Probably yes, but her certificate only signifies that she completed the training. The certificate indicates "NON MEDICAL". Anybody can be trained. Anyone with no pre-med background can enroll. Anyone who finishes the course can do it straight to the patient, simply because, they are already certified. But I am not confident. My mother was right. Some of these clinics doesn't have doctors present during these services and some clinics doesn't even have one. What if you're hypersensitive to something you don't know? This is an honest opinion. What if there's a complication and a reaction happened? Would you think they can medically adviced you to buy something without prescription? What if another scenario that leads to worst? Do you think they can be liable from their negligence and malpractices? Yes, but financially? Do they have insurances to cover you up? But some clinics are just plain salons or spas. Even a LEGIT LICENSED NURSES are prohibited to perform without training and further knowledge about intravenous injection. Educate yourself about the law.

When we're talking about Medicine, one of the renowned doctor in the Philippines, DR. VICKY BELO who is a dermatologist and came from prestigious university with continuous education to enhance her career. She has clinics and it is pricey. We know that she is better and higher than any aesthetician in the Philippines, simply because, She. Is. A. Doctor. Obviously, she and even probably hiring pre-med graduates who can give professional advices about medication and health if something goes wrong. Far more plausible, that her corporation is professionally capable of handling irregularities such as; they have insurances and better knowledge. She and her company are well-known and branded that they will take care of you thoroughly for which they don't want to ruin their glamorous businesses. It's just because, reactions and complications can happen sometimes. Of course, expect for higher prices. Paying a probable high cost for high-standard medical procedures is better than facing higher costs to catch them. Your choice. Doubt intensely, if someone says they're higher than her. Check her history.

https://belomed.com/the-base/5-botox-myths-debunked/

You see why I am writing this? Because Why effin not?! I am a writer, a blogger and a journalist. A journal of my life's journey. Realization, awakening, education, ideas and for public awareness. If you're an aesthetician, this is your chosen career and if you feel bad about my opinion, you have every right! It can truly hinder your career. If you're mad and you're against all of it, apologies but when we're talking about science and medicine, closed-minded people are not allowed here. It's purely logical and reasonable to doubt for. You're injecting and putting inside of their body. What if something happened to them? Like paralysis. Can you even explain without asking your doctors about it? Are you even licensed to prescribe medication even if it came from your doctors? Can you help yourself when it becomes worse? They should be the one doing that. Do note that not all doctors are the same. Another reason why we have the term "specialista". One licensed doctor sued and jailed from his malpractices due to reckless imprudence resulting to physical injury. See news below.

https://www.philstar.com/opinion/2023/11/22/2313230/lawyer-got-wrong-doctor-doctor-got-wrong-lawyer

Well how about you? No diploma. No pre-med background. No other medical science knowledge. If you still want to continue this career without credibilities, you can still pursue it. (Except for anything needles....syempre mag-mamagaling ka pa sa batas!). I don't want to end up your trial and error method because, a master was once a beginner. We create mistakes and it's natural, but a mistake in cosmetic surgery, mild surgery or injectable procedure, ... any needle job? No effin way. Based on my opinion, it would be credible that there's a MEDICAL TERM in your licence or certificate. By having this, a LICENSED, MEDICAL PRACTITIONER is your mentor! Save yourself from millions of pesos in hospital bills and punitive damages. You're not as rich as Belo. Remember, there are tons of medical aesthetic schools out there and get the real one. Not just a legit term in their marketing strategy. An expert term has a long time career with heavy credibility and further intelligence plus "A LONG TIME CONNECTIONS"— as for your character of reference. By the way, imagine this. You're a licensed medical practitioner and your trainer is not even one; would you like to end up in jail with them? You spend money, time and effort to win that degree even prayed to pass in PRC BOARD EXAMS, but someone lower than you might revoke your credibility. Your formal education is even more credible, than enrolling in a sub-standard training with disreputable on their part. Before you throw your money, ask their licensed number and check in PRC Website. (This effin crucial!!!)

My inside job not outside job, haha yes, because, people knew we're Field Marketers. I know some things and have never seen how their schools work. Except, seen student's training and practicing their learnings on a live person. Just to clarify, I was never a student of aesthetics, only from holistic therapy. I don't literally know all of it. I just don't like those students who are not qualified and credible to enroll for any advance cosmetic procedures such as — a million times, the injectables. Like I said, it's just an epiphany from my mother's precaution and I began to wonder about it. Well it's extremely rational! It's completely a skill based job that doesn't require a diploma, but then again, injection and chemicals for your body? Never. I'd rather find a Medical Aesthetician with license doctor present at all services. Apparently, there are clinics which still do this illegal practices even though it's safe. They are not just licensed to do it, but insisted on performing it. Think about being a student of a trainer who is not even authorized to perform under the law? Are you truly confident to inject something and you're not even pre-med licenced like medtech or a nurse? Yet, some of the clinics which do these are open doing illegal things during broad daylight. Far worst, using the term and called a Doctor without a license in their clinic, even acting in their paid presscons.

"administering injections is considered a medical act. And doing medical acts without a license? That's illegal."

https://www.respicio.ph/features/the-risks-of-unlicensed-medical-practice-in-the-philippines-what-you-need-to-know

So, if you're as sensitive as me? Allergic? Skin asthmatic? Sickly? Or you don't know your triggers. Better find a dermatologist. Not just a certificate will ever touch my skin. Even acupuncturist. I am sorry. I am just not that comfortable.

So, is an esthetician a bad thing? No, both have different specialization. Aesthetic is more on therapy and relaxation. Compared with it, one can actually do surgery and prescribe drugs while them cannot. If you like both for assurance, because a doctor will never do holistic therapy moments with you, find a Medical Aesthetic Clinic. At least a doctor you can talk and run to. So before planning anything else without thinking, that doctor must know all the things that they don't know on what you're about to do. Then again, my story and my opinion, when it involves injectables, it must be a licensed medical practitioner.

Are you a student? Make a thorough research and make sure to check the qualifications and requirements. But if you're a patient? How would you know? 😉 ... My mom was right and she is a graduate of Caregiver in St. Augustine School of Nursing. Has a science and limited medicine knowledge who warns me against illegal practitioners. Don't ever waste your money from someone on the very first start of their career — are already a fraudster. Why not?! They didn't even gone through sleepless nights and severe anxiety in Anatomy Course. Ask the med students. They know.

And for the finality, I like to include my opinion on injections for tattooing. It has mini injections and putting liquids inside the body. So, sorry to all tattoo artists who have already been managing their studio, have done successful creations and have made a living out of it. It's still about needles.

Generational Wealth

Generational Wealth

Generational Wealth

Ano bang magandang ipamana LEGACY o PROBLEMA? (A point of view article.)

Ayala Clan is one of the best example to value the legacy of generational wealth. From Spain and continued from migration in the Philippines of the year 1834, the middle of Spanish colonization by 8 generations now. I've read one of the articles about their oldest running conglomerate on how they train their future heirs of the company. At a very young age, they are taught and trained to manage their own finances. In the earliest of their schooling, Grade 2, they know how to save. They know the value of asset vs liability. Heirs don't have to be pure blooded family to run the businesses. It should be someone who UNDERSTANDS the investment. Someone who will continue the legacy and excellence in their name. Who knows the value of the future and sacrifices to obtain great trust and respect in managing and leading to provide the betterment of the society. Something they want to contribute as they have been known as a Nation Builders. They see management as not an obligation nor a hefty responsibility but rather, a great model to be followed with. They think about their future FOR EVERYONE'S BENEFIT.

But how is your family? How are your grandparents, parents or anybody ahead of you? What are they doing? What are the things they are so proud of, to share with you? Is it hard earned money? even their own true money? Or a character to become a better person? Or a problem that they started in the first place and handed it over to the next in line? Blaming you? Entrusting it to you? Are they even honest all this time? Sounds loathing, right? But whatever you are, wealthy or lack, fed by a scammer or not, raised by a criminal or what, a true wealth should start from you.

Based on my opinion, I have seen in the Middle Class families with something little to inherit from are the people who don't have financial literacy, who don't know how to multiply or to generate wealth from investment, who squander little earnings for happiness, who don't want to educate themselves from books to seminars because, they want fast success and for worse, they know what they did, and they even have the guts to let inherit their ways to the next in line. But why?! In my point of view, if I were having children, "ANO KAYA SASABIHIN NG MGA ANAK KO OR APO KO NA GANITO ANG MAIPAPAMANA KO SA KANILA" Damn right. What are my future family would ever say things about me on how I brought them up in this broken economy? They're not stupid to tell stories about how I ever got myself like this. Oh no, we're not talking about money. What legacy can you share with them? How did you become so credible in building your own empire or the best version of you? Hating it? Remember that this is my opinion. If you ever got hurt, your insensitivity is not my responsibility. Not even my fault. It's a cruel world that we try to win in life but still, frauds and challenges keep on defaming us on how we supposed to have integrity in our journey. But listen, why won't you end the pattern of that impoverished disposition that keeps on lurking in every blood in your family tree. It's a huge embarrassment not for the other prominent family nor to your husband's name but to your blood-in-line. Me? I was afraid and ashamed to wake up mine and welcome them in my world without fortitude in my ass and I don't want them to suffer from my mistakes, my limitations, my weaknesses, my debts and even from my fears and doubts. I wasn't ready to manage my people because, "Wala pa akong napundar na empowered character." I am aware that I have lots of failures and I did blame people too. I remember when I was a child, I wasn't allowed to have an overnight camp inside Ateneo De Manila Boys Scout from our St. Mary's College Girl scouting club until I made my own way on making it happened. Oh yes I did, a last minute begging to let me join in or else, for the rest of my dear life that I will never forget missing the opportunity to gain such surviving tips, social skills and any other things I can learn from that one time experience. I was like, "Why are you even so strict that you're not even tycoons? It's inside Ateneo, and it''s safe." Right now, I ended up so bad because, their fear and doubts were injected to me that even my plans in life are not well organized. Children might not enhance their decision making skills with these matters. That's not how you train your future investments for your retirement plan. Look what happened to Sarah Geronimo, venting and breaking down on her concert. Lucky for her, she has something and earns during years confinement with her stern culture.

Hear this. "Ilan taon ka ng namumuhay sa point of view mo hindi mo naman yan ikinayaman. Baka it's time to listen." Why because, nothing will ever change if you expect it from your old habits. "Wala ka naman ginagawang bago, para magexpect ng bago sa buhay mo." What if, a scenario like this, let's say. A mother has been embezzling from her investor just to earn from a living, to sustain her fraud lifestyle or to start a business for her daughter's tuition fee? What if that daughter finds out how her mother was doing all this time just to get food on their table? What. Are. You. Gonna. Be. Looked. Like? Will they be even proud of you? Probably, for my perspective. I'll rather die in starvation than to hear your poor reasoning just because, you have dependents.

Legacy is not about money. It's the character that they can never steal away from you. And it's not even hard because, you don't have to save millions for them. It's even free, you just have to live by it. Think about Ayala Clan again. They stayed rich for many years because, being an heir is not owning a million dollar corporation, but a leadership skill that is willing to take responsibility for helping the society grow, providing jobs, establishing a foundation, contributing to our economy and expanding for more opportunities. It's not the money that they are after, it's the character of a true leader, a true nation builder who understands hard work pays off and who understands being generous is more of a blessing to come. They even study hard just to be in this famous Ivy league, Harvard University and INSEAD "The business School of the World." And there you are? Draining someone's, asking for more. Let someone work for your own benefit. A bad leverage. What are you? Using legalities to make illegal legal? That's not how money is made. Don't try to abuse the power of attorney if you still think you can pay more than enough. Karma is still part of the generational curse.

Take a DAMN LOOK AT YOURSELF. What are you proud of? Shut up, you're not. I don't want to end up like you. Like everybody else, in a grave soon to be forgotten and will turned out a fossil fuel. I want to be great. Great enough just like Queen Elizabeth I who did not follow her father's infamous footsteps King Henry the VIII, and that her tomb is well protected and worth to remember for.

And the last thing you think about what you can give, have something like INTEGRITY, CREDIBILITY, and an ETHICAL CHARACTER. That's the best thing they could ever get from you, I didn't say money has no value but those priceless things don't have problems to carry on with it. Think about it, what if they have already known about it, they wouldn't even dare to say it in front of your face that, "Kung ikaw ang naging ama/ina ko, napakamalas kong anak."

The family you create is more important than the family you come from.
